Easiest 5 stars

This podcast is something i look forward to each week. I started listening to this podcast around 30 episodes and I am so lucky to have found it. It helps me take a step back and look at how I am really feeling. Thursday has become my favorite day of the week because of this podcast 💙

Only had to listen once

Thanks to both of you for creating a podcast where there is serious conversation and interviews without having to listen to constant hyper energy and jokes or obnoxious laughter.

I’ve dealt with these issues of mental health for decades & just appreciate the honesty and transparency featured with your content.

The Impact Madhappy has had on me

To be completely honest, I’ve never been someone to talk about my feelings or what’s going on in my head openly. Hearing the personal stories of both people i’ve heard of or people i don’t know has really helped me be able to talk more openly about my mental health. So thankful for this podcast and everything Madhappy has done for mental health.
