    I've been working on feeling worthy of the things I have over the past couple of months. I have an amazing life. I have the life I have designed for myself. Yet, I often found myself feeling like I had to prove that I was worthy of all of it.
    We admire people that work really hard. We admire people that have a really hard work ethic and if they work harder than the rest of us, somehow they're better than us.
    We should all have our goals. But, if you're struggling and doing it to prove you're worthy instead of doing it because it lights you up and gets you excited then you're doing it the hard way.

    Did you know when we let our set of beliefs get in the way of something that could really teach us something, we're just pinching off what's available to us in terms of wisdom and knowledge?     A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of seeing Esther and Abraham Hicks in Stanford, Connecticut. As you may already know, I am a huge fan of Abraham Hicks and the law of attraction for that matter.

    Fall is one of my favorite times of the year because it's like a little mini-January. It’s back to school time. It's a fresh start for all of us. We get back to school clothes for our kids, buy new, fresh notebooks, pencils, etc. For us entrepreneurs, it's an opportunity to reset goals. It's the final quarter of the year and an opportunity to say, what we want to accomplish between now and the end of the year.
    In today’s podcast, I want to give you some of my favorite tips on setting and achieving goals.
    Let’s not torture ourselves by trying to hit our next goal or punish ourselves for what we didn't do over the summer. Or get upset about what we haven't accomplished so far. Instead, let’s focus on the here and now! Look at what you'd like to accomplish between now and the end of the year!

    Give yourself grace. Have the belief that you can accomplish your results.
