Love the show
Marc and I share space in the Apex Community and it was an honor to be on his podcast. We talked about the importance of entering any leadership role by first asking who are you, what do you want, and why does it matter. Not with the identity labels were all conditioned to believe are what make us who we are; that’s the “do” of me, but the “be” of me. But by asking “Who do I want to be in the world?” and “How can I be a force for good in the world?” we position ourselves to our greatest potential. The only way you get to do what you were designed to do is by fully being who you were designed to be. Listeners were given tools on impact versus influence and recognizing the difference between wanting to see growth and wanting to see evolution.
Excellent Show!
Marc does an awesome job bringing out awesome inspirational stories from his guests! Great host! Would definitely recommend you check out this podcast!
