Thanks Mike!

As I am in the process of opening my own place, Mike, your advice and thought process has either already saved me much stress, and/ or helped me develop a concept of what will work. Thank you for that. Highly recommended.

Good details, somewhat distracting

I'm so grateful for Mr. Massie's podcast! I have an awesome new academy in Southfield, Michigan and his info has helped! For the most part, he gets down to business, which is beneficial for a busy professional who doesn't have time for fluff. It can be distracting, however, because Massie tends to giggle at random times while he speaks almost always throughout his talk during times when no joke or funny comment was made. It's odd. I believe he's a happy person but there's a time and place to laugh - his giggles happen all-too-frequently. Nevertheless, I'm a big fan and find him extremely knowledgeable.
