Teamwork makes the dream work!

I love how this podcast highlights how to work well with your team. I truly believe that your business is only as good as your weakest link and I love how Kristy shares how to delegate with compassion and kindness.

Great episode with Danielle Mulvey

I’m not there yet, but I need to hire my own 5-Star employees because to Danielle’s point, the biggest game changer will be when I can trust and delegate important tasks to them.
Worth the listen and recommended for any business owner!

Hiring Subjectively vs. Objectively

Enjoyed the show today – Danielle Mulvey is absolutely correct, most businesses, including mine, make subjective decisions in hiring, especially now, with quality candidates so hard to find.

I will be reaching out to her to see if she can teach me how to be more objective (I guess that means I need to have more patience!) when interviewing and making hiring decisions.

So glad I found this episode. Keep up the great interviews!
