Hard to listen
The audio levels are very inconsistant throughout a podcast. Please see what can be done to maximize and stableize your speaking volumes.
Gave it a fair try.
Still the same Matt.
Snark and juvenile jokes come first.
Actual information comes a distant second.
If you are 10-14 years old and like to hear someone laugh at their own sophomoric jokes, then you will like this show.
Enjoy
One of my new favorite podcasts
Matt and Joe, just writing to say that I appreciated your very brief political diversion in the latest episode and I hope you gain more listeners than you may lose because of it. Matt, your experience with your injury and the emergency room bill are powerful lessons that I wish more folks could understand. Too many woodworkers and podcasters seem to come from the other camp and their politics, range from thinly veiled insults to liberals to extremely vitriolic and can be very off putting to this liberal woodworker.
Obviously I come to your podcast for the woodworking insight, your experience and Joe’s slightly more beginner perspective (no offense intended Joe), combined with the friendly, relatable attitude you both posses, strikes an excellent balance that I find very easy to listen to. The woodworking brought me here but your politics just made me a more devoted listener and subscriber. I will be moving this podcast up to the top of a short list that I listen to regularly.
I’d be happy to have more woodworking, craft beer drinking, liberal friends like you two in my life.
Keep up the good work.
