This is part 2 of our interview with Akshay Nanavati (@fearvana). He is the author of the best selling book “Fearvana” which has been endorsed by the Dalai Lama (he actually wrote the forward). He’s done so much more than that though. He served as a Marine, he’s battled PTSD and drug addiction, been on the brink of suicide, yet managed to climb out of the proverbial darkness to cross Greenland on skis, spend 7 days in absolute darkness, run across Liberia and run 80 miles straight on a .2 mile loop. To put it mildly this was one of the most intense podcasts we have ever done. If you haven’t listened to Part 1 yet start there first.
