Live changer for me!!!!!!

Thank you Susan for your books, online resources and this podcast. I bought all your books and your program is really working. It’s a great system. Whatever situation I get into after the breakup, I always find guidance in your books what to do or not to do and most importantly how to do it. It helped to know that what I am going though is normal and I can do the work and heal. :) thank you ;)

GPYB and Suan

There aren’t enough good words to explain Susan and her program. Susan singlehandedly revolutionized how to heal. Not only from toxic relationships but from grief also. Susan also gives a step by step program to help navigate getting back out there, when you are ready. She herself has been through enough awful stuff to take down anybody, but she persevered to heal herself AND developed and shares the how and why with the world.
I can’t say I love one podcast over another. They are all gems. Eventually, and trust me, you will be giggling along to some of them. Susan is no nonsense, on point and refreshing. She is caring but she does not suffer fools.
If you are in a place where you can’t breathe from all the toxicity, start listening to Susan. You can and will dig yourself out of the black hole and be free again. Take a deep breath and just take the first step and listen. You will be okay.

Mental health must have for co dependents/coming off a break up

Susan is raw, authentic, and loving in sharing her experience, strengths and HOPE. Her podcast has been an invaluable tool in helping me recover from a lifetime of bad break ups and toxic family dynamic. If you want to be free, I highly recommend it.
