Great information!

This is my first time listening and already in the first episode you gave soooo much information! I do a lot of research on my own and your podcast is very helpful to answer those questions I couldn’t find the answers too!

Truly Authentic - A must listen

This review is not just to highlight the MedichBrand Podcast but the brand as a whole. What Alex is doing on his Instagram, Podcasts and Patreon exceeds others on those platforms.
On Instagram Alex offers different workout tips and advice for various levels of experience on a near daily basis.
His Podcasts provide in depth knowledge of muscle building and fat loss that he knows about from his studies in Exercise Science, research from credible articles and his own personal experience.
On his Patreon he answers questions from his Patreon supporters in a more in depth personal level and even offers a variety of detailed exercise plans that he made at a fairly cheap deal.

Alex provides solid knowledge with no bs and no gimmicks or hacks. What truly separates Alex from the rest of the fitness community is his passion for helping others that is apparent through the work that he puts out.

Excellent info

I have followed a number of podcasts related to health and fitness and have had a number of online trainers on and off over the past 10 years. Having said that, I congratulate Alex for taking a direct and honest approach in his podcasts. I started listening earlier in the week and cannot get enough. I have learned something new with each podcast and his knowledge and experiences are so very informative and come through loud and clear! Thanks Alex for the time and effort you obviously put in to help people as they either embark or continue on their health and fitness journey!!!
