    Winning

    Hello Beautifuls!

So do you like winning? Most of us do.

However, have you ever noticed how people react differently to their "wins"?

Some are outwardly overjoyed. Some are mildly happy.

Feeling like a "winner" looks different for everyone. That's because there are different kinds of wins.

In this week's episode, Mel goes solo and shares a conversation she recently had with Kel. Her "winning" analogy just may speak to you.

If you love this episode (or any episodes) a review would be appreciated. Don't forget to share THE MEL & KEL SHOW with your girlfriends.

    Honesty is the Best Policy

    Honesty is the Best Policy

    Hey Beautifuls!

Why is being honest with others easier than being honest with ourselves?

Oh. You think you are honest with yourself. Really?

Let's be honest, most of us do not take ownership of our own thoughts.

Grab your journal! In this week's episode, Mel has some homework for you. She's doing it too.

It's time to reveal what "I can't" really means. Are you ready to face the HONEST truth!?

    Suffer Proudly

    Suffer Proudly

It’s a NEW YEAR! Has every day been awesome so far? Probably not, and that’s ok.
Some people have an unrealistic expectation that a new year has the opportunity for perfection. Nope. No year will ever be perfect - not even from day one.
Life is 50/50. That means that half of the time, we’ll have some suffering to endure. So, why not suffer proudly?
This week, Mel is without Kel. That’s certainly not perfect! However, it still provides an opportunity to connect and engage with others. Please join her as she shares a concept that Viktor Frankl writes about in Man’s Search for Meaning - suffer proudly.
If you're inspired to read this book and many more in 2022, you may also be interested in the READING LOG NOTEBOOK Mel mentions at the end of this week's episode.

So happy I’m here

A place for REAL life. Like REALLY. It’s refreshing to listen to this podcast and to not feel like the hosts are trying to force a filter over the details in their lives. It’s easy to tell the advice they give is genuine and from the heart! These women are so relatable and it’s because they don’t hide who they are. They don’t use their platform to hide the trials of life but to help others who maybe facing the same madness… I love it! Sending healing prayers to Kel <3

I finally have friends! LOL. Seriously, this podcast is like having coffee and chatting with friends. REALLY SMART friends. Melissa and Kelly offer insights into human behavior and give workable advice for improving your outlook on life. I’ve had days when I didn’t think I would live through them and I can always have a “conversation” with my new friends and put a smile on my face. I just love you both ❤️.
