John Marsh: Understanding People - Outside Insights

John Marsh (Marsh Collective, Redemptification Podcast) cares deeply about people. It’s behind his obsession with restoring irreplaceable real estate in small towns across the Southeast, helping couples rebuild marriages and lives, and connecting individuals with each other and with work that fulfills them and fits their talents and ambitions. John talks with Brent Beshore about how his deep care for and commitment to people (and the long journey it took to get there) has affected how he thinks about life, relationships, hiring people, planning projects, and building teams.

Great Podcast for SBO’s

As a small business owner of an engineering consulting firm, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed listening to this podcast. A lot of great discussion and ideas. I really appreciate that they also have a foundation based on Christ which provides the basis and purpose for us. Thanks for your investment in people and your witness. Although you’re not beating people over the head, it permeates through your discussion and decisions. Rob from Mississippi.

Thoughtful and useful

This resource is extremely well produced and thought out. I've thoroughly enjoyed listening to multiple episodes. The book it's based on, The Messy Marketplace, is a valuable resource as well, though you could listen to this podcast and get the book annotated for you including story behind the chapters. Enjoy if you're in the market to buy or sell a business.
