Andy Davis is the ultimate adapter. Starting his career in the family business of pastoral ministry he eventually left the comfort of the known for discovery in the unknown; service without salary in inner city Denver. Pursuing his passion and supporting his family would require him to join a career world he knew nothing about. He started to acquaint himself with the honor of hard work while working three jobs. Andy went from cutting fruit in a Whole Foods freezer to the Director of Quality Control with 27 direct reports for a national TPA - within 5 years. Andy wasn't interested in bettering the life of his family, he was committed. His success seemed to come to a screeching halt in 2017 when his department was outsourced internationally and he found himself in the unknown world of unemployment. Adaptability called again, this time in the form of his old college roommate and friend, MVP Darron Hacker. Andy’s major in hard work and a minor in organizational leadership made up for his lack of experience in sales and insurance. Since joining Appreciation Financial in 2018 he has earned his 100k ring, 2 - 100k getaways, joined the 25K club, and most recently was promoted to AVP. He's been married to his wife and business partner Reece for 15 years and has 3 vibrant kids; Sawyer, Asher, and Eden. His favorite times include deep conversations with Reece, comedies with Sawyer, NBA 2K with Asher, and bedtime songs with Edy.
