LOVE Metabolic!

During the stay at home order I’ve been doing a lot of walking. I love listening to a new Metabolic Podcast each time I head out on a walk. Great information, funny and relatable. Great job Matt and Lynsey! Keep ‘me coming 😊

Macro Frustrations Review

I started with Metabolic workouts in the Fall and I was instantly hooked. As a college student, I was never able to ease into a workout routine that I loved. That instantly changed when I took my first Metabolic class. As a college senior I was actually excited to wake up early before class to workout! To be honest I have never found a workout regiment that has made me feel so strong. After coronavirus hit and Metabolic announced their online classes I was so excited because I could keep up with the workouts. The at home workouts have been incredible, I look forward to them daily, and I am still seeing results. I decided to participate in the Fit by the Fourth Macros Challenge, my first Macros Cycle and I could not be more excited! I actually didn’t know about the Metabolic podcast until I saw a post about it in the Metabolic Online Facebook group. Since I will be participating in the next macros cycle, I decided to checkout the Macros Frustration episode. The Macros Frustrations episode gave me some great pointers for the weeks ahead. As someone who has never experienced a macros cycle, I very much appreciated Matt and Lynsey’s honesty. The honesty was exactly what I needed to hear. No sugar coating! The Metabolic team is incredible and I’m so happy to have found such a supportive community, even in the midst of a pandemic. Looking forward to the next podcast episode, the next workout, and whatever challenge Metabolic can throw our way!
