Learning to retrain your brain

Wow! Triggered so many thoughts but the one point that helped me see that I am on my way to healthier thoughts was the retraining of my thoughts about myself and decisions I make that help just feel good about me. Simple as that. I’ve held on to too many thoughts or opinions of what others thought of me. Hearing podcasts such as the mind games gives me tools to work with. I took a leave from work. I questioned my “weakness” but realized this decision isn’t because I’m weak it because I’m brave enough to take this time and work on what I need to.
