So calming and helpful

I found this podcast about two months ago while searching for help with anxiety management. I was happy to learn that I already was practicing some mindful techniques without realizing their impact. It’s been such a relief to learn to slow down and remain present, and to stop worrying as much about the future and things I can’t control. I’m up to episode 140 and listen each day on my drive to work. Thank you for sharing this knowledge with the world! It’s helped me to create peace in the present.

Mindful Kind Say What?

This podcast is the best out there! Rach has a way of connecting with each listener. Her advice on living mindful is spot on and she offers so many good strategies for easily bringing mindfulness into every day life. I would highly recommend this podcast to anyone who to live a more mindful life. Rach also wrote a book that I just adore! It’s called “The Mindful Kind”! It’s a lovely beautiful book. Amazing Podcast

I’ve been struggling a lot with my mindset recently and I can honestly say I never really cared for podcasts but randomly I thought let me find one that could potentially help. I found this one and started the first one all the way back in 2015 and I do not regret it. I’m hooked and her tips are amazing. I feel lighter already simply by knowing what to do and how to employ the techniques of mindfulness.
