Big fan of poker and psychology discussions
I've been listening to Elliot and Tricia's podcast and there are always at least a couple gems and actionable takeaways in every episode to improve my poker game. Plus they talk about interesting psychology studies that give insight into our wacky minds and how to better take control of that lizard brain.
Sound is Fantastic - Love the Information
Really great sound on this podcast. That’s very important for me. Can’t stand crappy sounding ones. Also, really great information about more than just poker. We’re more than just poker players and wellness is important to me too. Thanks, and yes keep em coming.
