Compassionate Quality Content

Listening to The MindWholeness Podcast delivers a warming sense of compassion, understanding, discomfort, honesty, and eye opening truths about living in today’s world as an imperfect human. Through the stories of others, whether it be stories of struggle or success, I found myself feeling less alienated and more at peace as one with the Universe and with other beings. My journey towards Mindful Wholeness is far from completion, but with this podcast I remain hopeful and know in the depths of my heart and spirit that I am not alone. Thank you Sophia, for being of service to others.

LIFE CHANGING

This podcast is mind blowing. Extremely rich and powerful stories. Truly showed me the inner workings of the struggles people go through everyday. I, myself, struggle with mental health issues and learning about how mindfulness has healed others has helped me incorporate it into my everyday life. I’m so grateful this is a thing. Can’t wait for more!!

Just what I needed

Sophia is an excellent interviewer with excellent guests. The topics they explore are bottomless but I always come away feeling somehow more human.
