On Casual Fridays, we talk about whatever we want... this time, Jeremy and Paulie talk about spicy food and how dads seem to be good at cooking eggs. 

There we were, sitting at the recording table, trying to come up with a last minute topic for the next episode, when Jeremy yawned. That gave Kenny an idea. "Let's talk about working through fatigue," he said confidently. Paul nodded in agreement. Jeremy yawned again. They hit record and this episode is the result.
