Changed my life

Shawn and his guests have had such a profound effect on my life. I have an analytical mind and I knew things were “healthy” or “unhealthy” but I didn’t know why or what it was doing to my body. As soon as I started learning the importance of sleep, mindfulness, what the microbiome even was, and especially the effects birth control were having on my overall health, I made so many changes and haven’t looked back once. I feel like a whole new woman! Shawn is about whole body wellness and that brings so much joy and peace to my heart. So thankful for what you are doing!
