This podcast is money
Wow I could not have found this podcast sooner. Sometimes I feel as though I am literally crumbling at my desk. I try to maintain good posture at my desk, but by noon everyday I'm farging exhausted of trying to sit up straight and maintain a posture that I don't even know is the right one. When people ask me what I'm working on these days, I usually answer "my kyphosis". And, unfortunately, I'm not lying, because I spend at least half of my desk hours hunched over like an idiot. Love the lessons Dr. Christie offers, love this hyper-niched podcast!
