I’ve got so much out of each episode. I’m not Mormon or even religious. I still love what Kami teaches and can relate to so much. I can take almost anything she shares and find an area where it applies in my life. So so so good. So much insight that can be applied to parenting, relationships with others and yourself. I hope when Kami is done sailing the world she will come back to share more.
Kami is honest, relatable, and encourages you to look at & think about situations in your life differently than EVER before. I’ve been “stuck” for quite some time and found Kami just when I needed her. Her podcast and coaching tools have helped me rewrite my past, view my kids and husband different, relate better to coworkers + so much more. I look forward to Thursdays and often re-listen to episodes so I can take notes and work through the model on similar situations in my own life. Invest in your mental health and brain work by following Kami!!
I love Kami’s straightforward and honest look at some of life’s challenges. Her no-nonsense approach to fixing thoughts and walking through the messiness of thoughts vs emotion makes total sense and is a refreshing truth. I enjoy her candor and look forward to her podcasts!
