How do you build confidence?
Confidence is something that can affect us all the way through our lives as musicians - from the first time we want to start learning an instrument and maybe approaching a teacher, all the way through to stepping on stage for the thousandth time. Building confidence is something that a lot of us struggle with, and it's something that even the most seasoned musicians continue to struggle with. However, there are always steps you can take and things you can focus on.
Should your band play covers?
As a musician you're more than likely going to end up learning somebody else's songs - but should you take them to the stage? And beyond that, when and why should you take them to the stage? This episode is a response to @alex_themallett's question on Instagram. If you have a topic you'd like us cover, comment on one of our photos!
