    I had the extreme pleasure of having my friend Aadam on the podcast again for the third time. And just like the two previous episodes (Episode 9 & Episode 49), this one was phenomenal—maybe even the best yet? I may be biased, but I think many others would agree.     It can be so frustrating when you've made progress in losing weight, only for it to abruptly come to a halt. You're doing all the right things, at least you think, and then one day... nothing. Then, nothing the next day too. And the day after that. Despite your efforts, nothing is happening. Doubt creeps in and you start second-guessing yourself. You might even give up altogether. It can be a vicious cycle to navigate. But it's also exactly why I made this Minisode to help. I give my best advice on if you should diet harder, take a break, what the "whoosh effect" is, and the bare minimum for what you should track. Hope it helps.
