In honor of National Cyber Security Awareness Month, we’re bringing you an interview with Greg Taposci, Senior Assistant Attorney General and Director of the Office’s CyberOhio Initiative. UPDATE: On June 25, 2018, the United States Supreme Court issued its opinion in Ohio v. American Express Co.  The Court ruled 5-4 that provisions in American Express’ contracts with retailers—which prevented businesses from steering customers to use other credit cards that charged lower fees—did not violate federal antitrust law.
