Mojo Live: The Intelligent Coaching Era -- How AI + Motivational Intelligence Changed People Development Forever
Welcome to Mojo Live, where we bring you executive coaching sessions from world-class coaches.
In this coaching session we’re talking about a new era in talent development called intelligent coaching.
Intelligent coaching combines the best in human performance psychology with the best in artificial intelligence technology to give executives a competitive edge in leadership.
My conversation today is with world-renown executive coach, Joe Gianni. Joe is the Founder, President and CEO of a Global Top 20 Training Firm called 2logical.
Our conversation covers 3 main areas:
What is motivational intelligence?
How has MQ and AI brought about a new era in talent development?
Why does all of this matter to me as a leader?
About Joe Gianni
As an executive, Joe has led 2logical for 3 decades, working with about 40% of the Fortune 500 and trained leaders in 97 countries around the world.
As a creative talent, he has authored countless leadership, sales, customer service and human performance training courses and books.
As an executive coach, Joe works exclusively with C-Suite level executives – taking on only 1-2 new clients each year, to help take them and their organizations to the next level.

Customer Reviews
I really like this podcast, but
Some of the information discussed and topics discusses are extremely useful. I very much enjoy listening to these podcasts, BUT it is very distracting how many times the interviewee says “uh”, “umm”, and “you know”. It has caused me to change the channel on the days I start paying attention
The Concepts & Gimmicky "Mojo" are ridiculous.
First off the pod casts are BORING. Gianni is also boring. He is selling concepts that are old, well used & developed by others already in the field. He seems to choose gimmicky words & phrases often which are nauseating. Gianni tells the same embellished stories and name drops his childhood friend often. I am not impressed. The whole series was a painful waste of time to listen too. The only perk was being paid to do so.
