Employees as assets
I can speak from personal experience that you guys are dead on about employees being vital to success in any business. Spending time to develop someone who shows potential can be advantageous to both employers and workers. Even if an employee chooses a new direction, positive reinforcement can aid that person years down the road. Great topic. Great to hear your voices...again! ✊ Respect!
Not just for Guitar shops
I started listening to these podcast the moment they came out(and prior to with the sit down chats). There is a ton of great information that is discussed. We are primatial a band instrument shop but 99% of the discussion is applicable to the band industry as well. The easy part is listening to these podcasts, the hard part is doing something with the information! Thanks for putting these out!
A lot of info! Great Podcast!!
