    S2E4 - Belly Dancing vs. The Robot

    Are you a dancer? What style is your favorite: ballroom, ballet, swing, breakdancing, or something else? Dancing is an expression of self; an artistic display of one’s emotions without using words. Dancing is also a useful analogy for moving through life. (Gracefully, we hope!)     How you stand tells the rest of the world a whole lot about who you are: your level of #confidence, your #innerstrength, your #comfortlevel, your #emotions. Everything about you is displayed in how you stand in this life. That is why #posture is such an important starting point in 2021, the #YearofRecovery.
