Replay: Think You Are Living In Reality?

Replay: Think You Are Living In Reality?

This is a replay of an episode that originally dropped on February 12, 2020.

This week Chad, Dan, and Adrian sit down to discuss the topic of connecting to current reality, and how to lead from a place of reality.

Why a leader should care if they are connected to current reality or not

What are we talking about when we talk about connecting current reality?

What does it mean to ground in reality?

When we are disconnected from reality, there is no way to learn about ourselves and others.

When you have it all figured out you lose curiosity.

Connecting to current reality is like taking inventory.

We tend to see things the way we want to see them.

How often do you check in with your team, finding out what is true for them in the moment?

    Connecting to reality takes courage.

Nothing ruins a plan like reality.

What it means to contend with reality.
