    Rants, Raves, and Rodeos

It's Rant and Rave Friday, Live from Twisted District! To start out the show a caller brought up gas prices, which lead to the topic of hybrid and electric vehicles. How high do gas prices have to get before you would consider trading in your car for a hybrid or electric vehicle? There was a rodeo in Oakley Idaho where roman candles were shot inside the arena to make the cow riding event harder. Some people are angry about it, some are indifferent. Nate shared a rave that he has for all of our listeners, and took your raves at the end of the program as well. (7/30/21)

Shelman is awesome

Program director by morning, afternoon drive time host on the 50,000 watt mega station, the mighty 670 AM, KBOI. He wears his heart on his sleeve, can be surprisingly insightful, and comes across frequently as optimistic, an incredible achievement for a Cleveland sports fan. I’ve listened to a lot of talk radio and he is one of the best. ONE OF, Nate. Calm down. He is a great ambassador and advocate of Idaho, even though his good friends that work at the Capitol won’t cut his taxes. I enjoy listening to him greatly, and enjoy even more that I’ve owned more Mustangs than he has.
