A Must Listen for Leaders

This podcast has become one of my favorite to listen to. Ron’s casual, friendly style sets the tone for insightful discussions with his guests. I have enjoyed the variety of guests interviewed so far and can clearly see how Ron’s expertise in leadership development combined with his significant career at Lockheed Martin has influenced his foundational beliefs about leadership and life. This podcast is a great chance to hear from a true thought leader in leadership and also learn more about the leaders he admires.

Characteristics of a True Leader

This podcast is a must listen! Ron does a great job at explaining and promoting characteristics of a true natural leader that sparks a lot of internal reflection on our own actions, reactions, and interactions. He doesn’t tell you what you need to do in order to be a leader, but rather sheds light on what makes a true, natural leader in any situation or role, to the point of saying that you don’t need a leadership title to be a leader. This is one of the only podcasts that I recommend that you listen to periodically because we always need gentle reminders to self-check ourselves to make sure we are being the leader we want to be as the generations, the social climate, and our teams/relationships are continuously changing and we, as leaders, need to continuously adapt.

Great insight!

I really enjoyed this podcast and appreciated the insight on how we can take what we have learned about ourselves during this pandemic to refocus and refine our “why.”
