They had me at Harry Potter

I am listening to as I am writing this review. Finally, a podcast that I could totally relate to. I am a young stroke survivor (older than the hosts, but still...) and I am a big nerd/geek. Harry Potter is everything! The hosts are funny and easy to listen to. Extra points for hating on Gwyneth Paltrow 🤮! Update on my review: I have been listening to this podcast for a year and I still love Joe & Lauren. They are informative, fun and knowledgeable. Lately though they added sound effects. And they can be jarring! We are brain injury survivors! Sometimes the sound effects are a bit much.

Not who they they appear

Joe launched Thomas to “help me” Thomas has be threatening and aggressive in more than one occasion and “the “You So Rock” group shunned me for pointing out the out of control nature of one of their members.

Amazing podcast

Joe and Lauren are great! A combination of stroke and brain injury content, & nerd stuff. Which is actually perfect for me.
