Well worth listening to

Shawn Dinkel is a licensed professional counselor who I perceive as very sincere, honest, and kind. His podcast explores topics related to the therapeutic process and the overall journey of healing. I first encountered Shawn through another podcast called Tangentially Speaking and was moved by how open and frank he was in that conversation. I'm really glad Shawn is sharing himself and his knowledge with a wider audience now through his podcast. I appreciate the unedited, natural format of his podcast and admire his bravery for sharing his authentic self. Shawn gifted me by responding thoroughly to a question I emailed him about body movements that occur during meditation in episode #3. It was really helpful to hear his thoughts on that phenomenon. I look forward to remaining a dedicated listener and learning more from Shawn about the lifelong journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery.
