Great Podcast for New Leaders

The corporate world is absolutely full of people who have been promoted to manager level with no experience or training on how to be a good leader. Luckily we have resources like this podcast to help new leaders learn as much as they can and put things into practice. Ian does a great job of fnding guests and sharing information with all the new leaders out there. Enjoy!
