Great perspective & resource for women in mid-life
Michelle Newman's The New Mid Podcast offers such a refreshing outlook offering ways for women in mid-life to positively embrace life to the fullest! Highly recommend this podcast!
I typically hate cleaning. Even when I start out with a positive attitude, by the end, I am raging about having to do it so much so that I can’t even appreciate my clean house once I’ve finished. Today, however, was decidedly different. I tuned into several of Michelle Perez Newman’s podcasts that I’d missed. The three hours that I spent deep cleaning flew by and not a negative thought in my head!!!!
A real feel good show!
Every time I listen to the podcast I get excited about the ideas presented. Michelle finds guess that have real info for real midlife women.
