    Hit the Refresh Button

Brie is here with her first solo episode of 2025!  While Nikki is traveling coast to coast, Brie’s going to take the opportunity to connect with you about getting deeper.  So far in 2025, Brie’s been motivated by purpose and how your energy affects others, and even if you feel that the world is overlooking you, you can make a huge impact in the lives of so many.  When a new year starts, many of us can be dedicated and motivated to make changes in our lives, and Brie is here to remind us that even the motivators need motivation to keep going through the tough times.  The idea of The Perfect Day is something that Brie has been spending a lot of time thinking about in 2025. 24 hours of connection, purpose, romance, and love. Brie knows that it’s hard to open up to others about what you might think a day is for you, so you can always share yours with Nikki & Brie at 833-GARCIA-2! Brie shares her Perfect Day, which ranges from family time, excitement, moments of purpose, connecting with nature, her entrepreneurial endeavors, celebrating, spirituality, and more.  Perfect is subjective, and sometimes expectations can create disappointment and take us away from the ability to be surprised. And what are we doing to foster and manifest what could be a perfect day, even if it means that we have to strive to do more for others?  Recently, Brie had to referee a battle between Birdie and Buddy over a toothbrush that resulted in some emotional moments that threw the whole house into chaos…so the idea of perfect has led to some profound moments of an internal dialogue that will result in growth as a person and a parent.  Identifying the guideposts that will help her get to a perfect day is important as well, the moments that get her past triggers, disappointments, and being grounded in her purpose in the real world.  Brie closes out the episode with an Inspiration & Affirmation from one of the greats, Mark Twain, which is all about recognizing the greatness that each day can bring, no matter how it starts. a parent.

    Spoiler Alert: Castle Confidential

Spoiler Alert!  If you’re not caught up on season 3 of The Traitors, then you’ll want to watch episode 5 as soon as possible! Okay, if you are all caught up, then you KNOW! Today, Nikki is going to talk ALL about her time in the castle, alliances, puzzles, conspiracies, and that epic Roundtable! First, Nikki admits that being away from Matteo was very hard, and she found support from Dolores and Britney when it came to being away from their kids for the show.  And Nikki’s getting filled in on what the other cast members were saying and how much garbage Bob the Drag Queen was feeding her. It’s a lot more confusing in the moment when you’re dealing with strategy, overreactions, and Traitor hunting! Nikki also explains what was going on with her during the riddle challenge and why she wasn’t aggressive smashing urns to play for the shield. It might be a first for both Nikki and The Traitors! Brie also asks Nikki about Boston Rob’s strategy, manipulation, and how confusion can quickly escalate during a Roundtable. Nikki also has some questions about the tactics of The Traitors and how their lack of alignment created a messy situation for The Faithful.  Nikki also opens up about Gabby and Chrishell, the other Bambis, voting for her banishment from the castle and what she’d like to see happen next season of the show.  The episode closes out with Nikki’s classic choice for Inspiration & Affirmation and a little commentary on her monumental exit from The Traitors.

    Brie Wants to Tap In

This week Nikki & Brie are back in the Speakeasy!  While both sisters are beaming with pride that their favorite football team, a family legacy, has advanced in the NFL playoffs, Brie has been dealing with a house full of anarchy because of the flu.  Both Nikki & Brie watched the Eagles beat the Rams on Sunday, and it was a rollercoaster ride of a game; Nikki found herself watching the game in the next room, and Brie was full of distress like she was watching a character run the wrong way in a horror movie. The Birds got it done, though, and everyone in the family is pumped up for the NFC title game. Nikki & Brie both have a lot of connections with this Eagles team that go beyond family ties, including winning awards with Saquon Barkley and a great meet-up with Jalen Hurts last off-season.  Brie’s so fired up that she made plans to go to Philadelphia to watch the Eagles vs. the Commanders IN PERSON! So you just might see Brie Mode at the Linc this Sunday…or you might see Brie playing the role of Nikki…so keep your eyes and ears open! Nikki is fresh off a heated Round Table on episode 4 of The Traitors. Her season has certainly been unpredictable, and she wasn’t expected to get called out so quickly, but how would Brie have done in the same situation? Social media had a few ideas, and they all involved a lot of yelling, a significant attitude, and just a pinch of snark. So, the Traitors reunion might be another opportunity for Twin Magic.  Then Nikki & Brie bring back one of their favorite segments: Five Questions! The Garcia Twins take turns asking one another personal, silly, deep, and shallow questions that range from personal growth to aging to near-death experiences with some thoughtful and funny answers.  To close out the episode, Brie shares a quote from Maya Angelou about this episode’s Inspiration & Affirmation.
