Jason Lucchesi

Jason is a very knowledgeable and quick thinking teacher. The program he teaches is a quite attainable goal of making contacts with asset managers to bolster our business. Teaching us step-by-step.

Jason is a successful real estate investor who learned how to create wealth for himself and his family and wants to bring as many successful people with him as possible. He is an open book and often gives before he receives. His podcast has practical advice across a variety of topics but they are always focused on the practical steps that you need to take to be successful in this business. I recommend him highly.

EP79 on Commercial Real Estate Investing

Personally I've been taking long breaks from doing real estate investing here. I've ventured wholesaling, owner financing strategies on smaller properties I already own and these did not work well. I ended up spending more on renovations, keeping property vacant long time while it's being sold, now trying to lease using a local Professional Property Manager (hope this works). Listening to this podcast on Commercial Property offered me some hope. I would like to learn more on partnering with reliable partners who share common goals, learn more on comparing rent rolls, verifying actual tenants and how much they actually pay for rent, evaluating expense ratio, calculating cap rate (where not over inflated), identifying red flags, etc. Thank You for inviting me to these podcasts again. Will attend the EP81 livestream in a few, and catch up on the rest of the podcasts after.
