With 8 kids and ten years of decorating, building, and blogging between them, Erin and Charlotte are experts in the fields of breakfast cereals and power tools, not to mention features in magazines like Better Homes and Gardens and Parents Magazine, and television appearances on Rachael Ray, Flea Market Flip, and local news outlets. Goodbye For Now
We have made the difficult decision to hang up our podcasting hats for now, and we want to say thank you so much to all of you for listening. This episode explains our decision, and although we are saying goodbye, we are leaving the door open so maybe we will be back at some point down the road. We appreciate you!

How to Not Get Taken Advantage of as a Blogger
We're discussing things to look out for, particularly as a new blogger, and red flags you should be aware of. We also chat about ways to handle certain situations you may encounter, along with general ways to avoid getting taken advantage of. There are a lot of things we had to learn along the way that would've been helpful to know from day one, so we hope you find this episode helpful!
How We Determine Our Blog Content
We are discussing all of the many factors that come into play when determining what projects to tackle and when, as well as what blog content to focus on. This evolves regularly for us, so we are talking about how we prioritize everything. For example, much of our recent content was centered around the rooms we made over for the FrogTape Challenge.
How to Make a Rental Home Your Own
Today we're discussing ways to make a rental home feel like your own. Erin used to live in a rental home, which is the house she lived in when she started her blog. Charlotte is currently living in a rental, so this topic is definitely top of mind. There are so many more temporary ways to decorate nowadays, and so many more options than there used to be. Also find out which hilarious bubble solution ingredient Charlotte recently ordered, and what effect that has had on her Amazon suggested purchases list.
Then Vs. Now: The Evolution of Blogging
We are talking about "then and now," or what it was like back in the dark ages when we started our blogs, versus what it's like to start a blog now. So much has changed in the last 5-7 years, and we're chatting about the evolution that has occurred during that time. There are so many more resources available now, so people are starting blogs with the intention of creating a business from day one. Plus hear our mom fails, fun facts, and high fives of the week.
