Great listen!
The first NRFPT podcast I ever listened to, Mike and Ryan took 15 minutes to even start talking about SNL. It's just fun to listen to them talk about TV, movies, and music in general. They also do have a lot of interesting things to discuss about SNL - the episodes and the show in general. I look forward to listening to this podcast every week, and would recommend it to any pop-culture loving SNL fan out there.
#Shasta
This is less of an SNL podcast and more of an avant-garde improv experiment about mundane, forgotten (even by the hosts) 80's ephemera.
Why am I still listening? Don’t answer that
Ryan and Mike are like an old married couple who only ever talk to each other on this podcast. The discussion of the sketches is a few lines at best and the rest of the podcast is just them catching each other up on obscure pop-culture references. The podcast has no ads which is good because I can’t fathom them being paid for this. YET for some inexplicable reason, I am still listening, it sort of like a slow car crash that you can’t look away from. Make of this what you will.
