    The 6'6" forward scored 44 goals during the Panthers' 2012/13 Grand Slam campaign, where he was part of one of the deadliest lines to ever take to the ice in the EIHL era alongside David Ling & Brandon Benedict, and he breaks down that historic season from inside the locker room.

    One of the voices of the Seattle Kraken, the NHL's newest expansion franchise, Everett talks about his journey as a broadcaster in the wonderful world of ice hockey that has led him to the position of Radio Play-by-Play Announcer of the Kraken.

    In a conversation full of laughter & good times Everett tells tales from his time working in the ECHL with the Cincinnati Cyclones, getting a recommendation from the legendary Mike "Doc" Emerick, meeting Wayne Gretzky, getting to work with John Forslund, how the Kraken are a progressive team for a progressive city, the games he already has mentally circled on the calendar and much, much more.

    When he was hired by the Kraken Everett became the first full-time black commentator in NHL history and is the only black commentator at any level of professional ice hockey in North America, whilst never setting out to be a trailblazer the native of Detroit talks about how he has embraced that status since acheiving one of his life goals and how it has added even more fuel to his fire.

    The former Panthers' captain starts the conversation by getting into his hockey beginnings, breaking into the NHL & winning the Stanley Cup with the Pittsburgh Penguins alongside future Panthers' team mate Jim Paek before getting into his move to the UK.

    Jamie's first season in the UK was with the Sheffield Steelers during the 1996/97 British Ice Hockey Super League (BISL) season before making the switch to the black & gold of the Panthers for the 1997/98 season & he would remain in Nottingham for four seasons in total.

    Appointed captain of the team for three of those seasons (98/99, 99/00 & 00/01) Jamie led the team to a B & H Championship (98/99) and into the inaugural season inside the state-of-the-art Motorpoint Arena (00/01), a campaign that saw the infamous bench-clearing brawl between the Panthers & the Steelers.

    Rebecca Johnston, three-time Olympic medallist with Team Canada, is the latest guest to join host Dan Kerry on The Nottingham Panthers' Audio Experience, brought to you in association with The Nottingham Building Society.

    At just 20 years of age and still at college Rebecca, who's brother Jacob played two years with the now defunct Edinburgh Capitals, was called up to Team Canada to take part in her first Olympic games scoring her first Olympic goal and picking up her first Olympic gold medal.

    Two more Olympic games would follow where she picked up another gold and then a silver (in an agonising shootout defeat against the USA) in what has been a sparkling career in the game of ice hockey so far.

    Rebecca was also part of the Calgary Inferno team that won the last Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL) championship prior to the league folding, a move that saw the Sudbury, Ontario native link up with her fellow interational team mates in joining the Professional Women's Ice Hockey Association (PWHPA).
