Excellent Podcast, I learn so much!

I love these podcasts each week, and continue to learn so many interesting things about nutrition and healthy eating! This week was about composting and creating healthy soil for healthier fruits and veggies. The pace is quick, and the discussions are lively! Finally someone who agrees with my somewhat radical ideas about nutrition!!

Straight talk from someone who knows her stuff!

Adrienne is a refreshing breath of fresh air in a field where there is confusion and fear. I appreciate her straight-forward, unvarnished message about eating real food. She is knowledgeable and makes talking about food and wellness fun!

A fresh approach

Who would have thought chemicals might not be good for you? Who would have thought butter is?
If you're irritated with fad diet after fad diet, this is a great way to review how you look at food and how it can actually make you healthier.
A bit of humor is also great!
