Making The Case For More (Not Less) Red Meat
Welcome back to another episode of The Nutritional Pearls Podcast with your hosts Jimmy Moore and Christine Moore, NTP. There is so much talk lately about red meat and the bogus reports that we constantly have to debunk about the dangers of eating this nutritionally dense food. In this episode we talk about: Why red meat gets targeted as a cause of poor digestion The connection between poor digestion and trouble with eating meat Vitamin and mineral deficiencies Why not eating red meat might be making your digestion worse Why red meat is a great source of essential vitamins The importance of iron in the diet How red meat helps your immune system and much, much more "Ironically not eating red meat might me making your digestion problems worse, making it difficult to process the food you're eating." – Christine Moore, NTP "With grass fed beef you get the added nutritional benefit along with the knowledge that you are supporting farmers that raise quality food." – Jimmy Moore

Very enjoyable. Great wife/ husband banter
Love the content... sometimes gets a little too technical and then Jimmy makes a crazy sound effect. Super info for people trying to explain / understand the Keto lifestlye. Thanks Christine and Jimmy!
Continuing to listen but...
I really want to like this and continue to listen however it seems like maybe Christine needs some time as an NTP to practice and get more comfortable with the information. She often seems uncomfortable and unsure of what she’s talking about and is not always well versed on the topics discussed. I will keep listening and hope things improve.
Great concept, just one concern...
I love the idea of this Podcast and was really excited when I learned about it, but I’d love if Christine had a chance to truly share her knowledge from the NTA without Jimmy interrupting or finishing her thoughts. She went through a tough program and probably has a lot to share but he constantly takes over and almost makes her seem inferior.
