Just a small adjustment

Those are great informative podcasts for BNI members and those who network.
The quickest way to become intentional with your networking strategies that you can listen to on the go. It will take your networking skills to the next level and will help you grow your business. As long as you do the work.
I think that the intros can be shorter, when you’re listening to a few of them in a raw it is time wasting.

Terrific topic!

It’s my opinion that tightening up the substitute criteria might only be detrimental. Creating tight restrictions for initial visitor/membership might prove to be very restrictive initially. The beauty of BNI is it if a true member joins, once in a chapter, they either perform or they don’t and if too many substitutions become obvious, it’s time for the chapter to simply put them out. However, there’s always that positive energy present in a good chapter to potentially propel somebody like myself to become more motivated and therefore make sure I attend every single meeting.… Just something to think about. For myself there is absolutely no reason to ever Substitute or miss a valuable meeting
