Episode #83- Conversation with Demon JT
Jonathan Fields has always been a man of many talents, even well before he joined the NBA 2K League’s broadcast team. Though he is best known by his gamertag Demon JT, he went by the alias of Fresh Prince JT when he was drafted by Wizards District Gaming with the 12th overall pick in Season One of the NBA 2K League. Two years later, he found a new home when he was traded to Pistons GT. In his lone season with Detroit, he averaged 16.3 points, 3.5 assists, 1.3 steals, while shooting 49 percent from the field. While Demon JT currently does not play in the NBA 2K League, he is determined to eventually make his way back. Until then, he has submerged himself in the community in various ways. He was on the league broadcast this season for the first ever 2K League 3v3 tournament and can be commonly found in community spaces on Twitter. He also competed in the UPA World Championship in Vegas for SJ Esports, this time playing lock and once again proving to the world that there’s more to Jonathan Fields than meets the eye.
