New favorite self improvement podcast
Ep 292 was my first listen and it was totally worth it. This a great podcast with many great takeaways! I recommend it to all my friends.
Ton of takeaways!
Anytime I listen to any podcast or read a book I always look for 2 or 3 ideas that I can then take action on that will move the needle in my life. Time is our most important commodity. Spending time on this podcast is never a waste of time! In fact the “free takeaways” from each podcast I have listened to has been invaluable in my business, family and the way I look @ my goals.
Same repeating theme
This episode was terribly painful to listen to. It was the same basic theme repeated in a few reworded sentences. I typically enjoy this podcast and find take aways but this could have been reduced to 5 minutes and still gotten the point across.
