The Other Side of The Mann

Leslie Cunningham

The Other Side of The Mann is a podcast about emotional intelligence, leadership, and interpersonal connection. At its core, leadership is about connecting with people. One of the most important and powerful ways to truly and deeply connect with others is by first connecting with yourself, by looking inside and exploring your emotions, thoughts, and feelings, your strengths and weaknesses in other words, to become more self-aware. And in becoming self-aware, you open yourself to becoming more aware of other people and of their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. It's this sort of deep awareness and connection that enables true and powerful leadership.
