In this episode of The Our Lady's Say Podcast, we discuss all things school show related with our production of the musical Back to the 80s due to be performed on stage in June 2023. As we prepare for upcoming auditions we are joined by Mr Hughes and Mr Dickson, who have featured in previous school shows. Mrs Savage our school show director explains what Back to the 80s is all about, answering question from our host Mrs Wilson. Ending with an 80s themed quiz at the end, this episode features many laughs and insights into why being involved in a school show is a great opportunity. Literacy Week is upon us in Our Lady's High School Cumbernauld, so in this episode we are joined by Mr Hughes, Miss Reilly and Mr Dunlop, where our discussion focuses on what they're reading and why they believe it's important that our young people engage in reading as often as they can.

This latest episode from Our Lady's High School in Cumbernauld discusses Mental Health, where we hear from Mental Health program leader Miss Ruddy and Mental Health Ambassador Jessica, from S6. We discuss what the program is, its aims for the future and find out about the training the Ambassadors embarked on. Also featuring Mrs Wilson and Mrs Savage, we discuss what we do in our own time to relax and unwind to support our own mental health.

In the second podcast episode from Our Lady's High in Cumbernauld, we discuss The Our Lady's Say on How to Prepare for Assessments. This podcasts comes at a time of the year where most of our pupils will be sitting end of unit or end of term assessments, particularly our senior phase students.
