Simply life changing!

Dr. Cordain presents a simple, logical, and yet very in depth and meticulous explanation of the REAL Paleo Diet. I have been eating this way for about three months now. After 20+ years my Ankylosing Spondylitis is in spontaneous remission and I have dropped 50+ pounds. It works for me!
