These documents are Powers of Attorney (Financial & Medical), Living Will, Do Not Resuscitate Order (DNR) and HIPPA Authorization form. Part two of Question #5 will be covered in the next episode where we will discuss the importance of having a will and/or a trust. These documents go into effect after you pass away.
