Hi, I'm Sarah. Wife, mom, and entrepreneur. 10 years ago when I became a new mom, I felt lost. I was trying to check all the boxes and do all the right things that a mom “should” do. So I did my best to keep up with the house, the kids, and all the things, but something was still missing.

I felt unfulfilled and even though I was running around doing a hundred things all day, I never felt like I really accomplished anything. It was so frustrating. For a while I tried to fix it with a new planner. After the 10th or so planner, I realized that it was an inside job. If I wanted to be focused and fulfilled after my days, I needed to shift the way I saw both myself and my time.

I believe when we align our days with our core values, anything is possible! Together we will look at all of the areas of your life and intentionally design your days around the things that are truly important to you.

I believe that a lot of the messaging in mom culture can overly enable "the struggle" when really, we are so resilient deep down. So as "the tough love mom" I don't beat around the bush because I care enough about mamas and their health - physical, emotional, and mental - to be straightforward and call out your strength.

Sarah is sharing time management and productivity tips that are so practical and simple to walk out. Love the time audit idea! Love her tone and how encouraging she is in her episodes. Highly recommend, especially if you struggle w/ feel confident about productivity throughout motherhood.

There are so many good episodes. The Energy Management 101 is a great place to start. Sarah teaches practical steps to help you manage your time and energy so you can live a more fulfilled life and your schedule doesn’t just run you. So essential for moms. I wish I would have found this years ago!
