Well worth the listen

This is an amazing parenting podcast! I started listening a few months ago and I don’t get to listen to every episode, but the ones I do get to hear are always on point! Dr. Mona knows what parents want to hear about and she does an amazing job of making me feel better about my parenting, even when I didn’t realize I needed to hear her say the things she says. It’s almost like she knows what I’m thinking about and she provides the research backed reassurance that is so valuable. Thank you for creating this awesome podcast!

Sleep training

After establishing great newborn sleep habits month four hit, then teething 2 teeth, and the a cold with a cough and congestion…. By the end of all of this my baby who was previously only waking once or twice to nurse was needed to nurse to sleep back so sleep basically ever hour. After hearing Dr. Mona talk about sleep training it gave us the confidence that it was okay and would not harm our child. And I am happy to say that after 3 nights there is absolutely no crying when she is out down to sleep independently.
